At Premium Outdoor Furniture & Living Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury outdoor space. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture and decor items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure all furniture is disassembled and placed back in its original protective packaging, including all hardware and assembly manuals, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For large patio sets, we will coordinate a specialized freight pickup; for smaller accent pieces, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
